For PBN Direct Customers & Channel Partners, please go to the PBN Support Portal. You can request RMAs and get technical support from our support engineers 24/7.

 

For Other Customers, please contact your Point of Sales.

If you don’t have access to PBN Support Portal, submit a support account request here and specify in the message field that you wish to access the PBN’s Support Portal. Please specify your Point of Sale and include information relating to the products and services for which you wish to receive support.
